Seventh-day Adventist Education has been a part of the Tampa Bay area for the past 100 years. North Tampa Christian Academy proudly celebrates and continues that strong tradition. We are opening in August 2018 at a brand new campus in Wesley Chapel, and we have a place for your child beginning with 2-year olds through high school (grade 12). We have designed our campus and our curriculum to be engaging, relevant and spiritual.
Our program is:
- Interdisciplinary – Celebrating the Mind, Body, Spirit Connection
More than 100 years ago Ellen White spoke of “whole person” education. At NTCA, rigorous academics, positive emotions, healthy living and relevant Christianity form an interconnected whole. Our students will THINK, CHOOSE, CREATE, SOLVE for God’s glory!
- In Harmony with Nature
Our learning environment fosters appreciation of beauty and the natural world, creating strong connections between indoor and outdoor spaces – including learning terraces, gardens, shaded reading areas, nature trails, and playfields.
- Strong Sense of Community and Collaboration
The school has been designed to bring teachers and students together in meaningful ways. Our focus is on collaborative, project based learning, with emphasis on service to others and real-world experience.

The Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in conjunction with Seventh-day Adventist churches in the Tampa area have provided a scholarship program called ADVENTIST ACCESS for Seventh-day Adventist families to send their children to North Tampa Christian Academy.
A family is eligible for ADVENTIST ACCESS if:
- They are active members of a participating Seventh-day Adventist church in the Florida Conference.
- They have completed an application for their student to attend NTCA.
There are two tiers of the Florida Conference scholarship, ADVENTIST ACCESS – the basic SDA scholarship and a needs-based scholarship.
- Tier 1 – Basic SDA Scholarship
This is available for ALL families who are members of a participating Seventh-day Adventist church.
- Tier 2 – Needs-Based Scholarship
This tier is for those who seek additional funds to the Basic SDA Scholarship. These scholarship amounts will vary based on the grade levels of students and the determined financial need of families as determined by FACTS. Families apply for this tier of scholarship online at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. The FACTS application will be available starting February 1, 2018.
